Hello,

I would like to introduce HouseFront to you! HouseFront is a service that is similar to Cyberhomes, but extraordinarliy realtor centric. Also, we are the first to deliver the information via mobile phone. It is free and immediate. Simply, text any address to 46873 (which spells out HOUSE on your cell phone) and you will receive the info back in seconds. We provide an estimate range, instead of providing one value for a home, HouseFront purpose in doing so is to avoid undermining the expertise of the Realtor. Further, we are developing our services to be a powerful and extremely cost effective marketing tool for real estate professionals.

HouseFront was developed and founded by people engaged in real estate. People who understand that real estate is constantly evolving and can leverage cutting edge technology to provide consumers with the best services available.

Please give a try, and let me know what you think.

Laura
LSutfin@housefront.com
www.housefront.com

Very interesting! Agents have long survived and thrived on the being the exclusive providers of houses for sale information. An industry report by Swanepoel (www.ReTrends.com) says that the Internet has changed all that. So what does that mean for us homebuyers? Lower commissions maybe?
