Chad,

How about now? I've been wanting to ditch microsoft and just need a little nudge to jump on google apps but I need someone more qualified to tell me that googe is "good enough". In this current economy, I'm looking to maximize my use of the free apps out there.
Thanks,
Marc

Chad,I think I was the one that mentioned Google apps in your last post and I appreciate you taking my post into consideration. I definately agree that contact synchronization is a great feature with exchange and mail merge is something that I didnt think about either. However, for someone who used to spend there days inside of outlook I dont miss it one bit for one reason... the speed of gmail. Outlook tends to be very slow on exchange depending on the amount of mail you actually receive and save. Great article, I am looking forward to reading more.John
