I ended up trying Real Estate Pro <a href="http://(www.RealPro.info)" rel="nofollow">(www.RealPro.info)</a> and fell in love with the features that would show me PDF images of the official records directly from within their program. check it out and support these guys, they make great tools I have tried that realeflow package, but my problem with it was it's lack of directly connecting to the county's official records.
