I love my blackberry and it is a shame more people don't take advantage of its robust features. My broker just showed me the trick of sms txting to someone "this is my pin mypin" and your blackberry sends that piece of contact info automatically to a recipient to add to their address book and messenger. It also helps busy agents and office share memos and proliferate info...for instane in a meeting a quick msg under the table to an assistant for a quick bit of info.
