We are using GoToMeeting and love it. When we have relocation buyers moving to our area, we are able to meet with them online before they get here so when they do arrive they are loyal and we can hit the ground running. Of course it’s great for seller’s (mostly investors) who live out of town, and we’ve even used it for in-town clients. The great thing about GoToMeeting is you can start up a web conference in seconds, and when you have a seller who doesn’t necessarily want to meet with you in person we can demonstrate our marketing program right then and there, and we’ve ended up with a listing appointment and a listing every time.
I have a question for you….we are looking for a tablet and are going to go paperless (or as paperless as possible). I’ve read tons of reviews of the different tablets, but it is impossible to find one you can actually touch and feel before you buy. Have you guys tried out any tablets? Which brand or model would you recommend?

We use the HP TC4400. It is a convertible tablet, which we recommend. That just means you can use it as a tablet and standard laptop. We also recommend the 12.1″ screen size (perfect combo of lightness & viewability). You should also check out the new IBM X60. It’s been getting some great press on it’s new features. Have your checked out VREO Real Estate Dashboard as a paperless option? Also, visit ACME MADE online(see our article) for a new, hip laptop case once you’ve made your selection.

Great list, GoToMeeting has always been Best in Show for me. There are quite a few interesting looking options on top of that on this list, thanks for the article.
Another great desktop sharing application is Webdialog’s Unyte [http://www.unyte.net/]. Unyte offers free 1:1 conferencing, and for $30/yr you can conference with up to 25 people. On top of this, Unyte has great integration with Skype (free VoIP service).
