Great post Niknik! I have been off and on with Trulia voices over the past few years, I find it a challenge to allocate the time to do very much with it though. After reading the replys to your post though I will have to do better.

Hey Ron…it's never too late to jump in!

And if you're interested in interacting with potential clients, Trulia is a great place to start. Besides already providing helpful search tools for consumers, Trulia Answers provides a forum for agent/consumer interaction via question/answer. So create a profile and start helping consumers by answering their real estate related questions. You're the local expert, and Trulia connects you with the locals.

Great info NikNik… I actually have been on and off of Trulia Voices and one of my answers got me featured in a Marketwatch article… while it might seem like nothing to people who get interviewed often, it helped me get my new blogsite to a googlerank of 2/10 over one weekend!
