I've been using Boomerang for our email newsletters, and am really happy with them. Great product, lots of extras you don't see at the other solutions, and great customer support. Like iContact, their plans start at $9.95/month. I'm also currently testing out their online surveys; and if I need them, they offer fax and direct mail printing services as well.

Boomerang email marketing accounts are free to sign-up and they currently are offering 100 free email credits and 50% off your first 2 month's service. Great time to test them out!

I use Vertical Response - http://www.verticalresponse.com - for my email newsletter. Instead of paying a monthly fee, you pay for each email sent. If you have a fairly small list this will go a lot further then paying each month.

Thanks Marc! Looks like you have the e-newsletter dialed in with your business. I'm also a fan of both your selections and happy to see you've had success with them. :)

Great post. I have used Constant Contact for over a year now to send out relevant real estate news to prospects and clients. I've also used Zookoda as a filler (in between newsletters) to send out blog posts content. Constant Contact also allows full customization of its newsletter to match your theme or website. One thing they don't mention is that they can also get rid of the Constant Contact logo (only if you ask them directly).
