Can you get me in touch with Pete? I commented earlier about my sfnewsletter and think I could tie it into that…or at least try. I’d also think it would work for my blog, thefrontsteps.com and our property tour, tdsf.blogspot.com. I think the concept is a great one. I’ve been stumped as to how to get more interaction and I think for my “tour” (tdsf) it would be great for San Francisco.

I’m interested in getting your opinion…I’m new to the real estate arena. I’m wanting to get into real estate investing some time hopefully in the near future, so I’ve been doing as much research as possible! For the past few weeks I’ve been using a site that’s like a facebook for real estate, trying to meet other people with my same interests and trying to find out information on different areas of the country that might be good to invest in. I’m wondering what you think: do you think a social network site like this one will be beneficial to me, or do you think it would be smarter for me to find realtors’ sites that have a tool like this Spot it thing to find out more information about different areas? Hi Craig, OK we have fixed the Microsoft Outlook feed issue. As it turns out this issue is with ATOM feeds in Outlook. I have now converted the feed to RSS2 and it seems to work fine in outlook feed reader. Please resubscribe to the new feed and let me know if you have any problems! Thanks.

Hi,
Couldn’t find a ‘contact us’ link on your blog, so I’m using comments instead for something unrelated. I have your site set up on an RSS feed to Outlook 07, every post comes through with a date of ‘Sun 12/31/06 11:00pm’. This means the newest post shows at the bottom of the list rather than the top as all my other feeds & email does. I notice each post has a correct date at the top, is it me/my system or your setup?

That's how we see it as well.

PLUS (and this really appealed to e our launch partner clients), the system makes it easy for agents and sellers to promote their listings through information about what makes their neighborhood great. And it does this in a way that is quick and easy AND doesn't require end users to read through lengthy prose or comments (like this one!) but instead provides simple visual keys and clues.

Hey - it's Pete from OnBoard - one of the SpotIt guys. It was great chatting with you at Connect. We've been getting tons of interest in our new content platform and of course would be happy to answer any questions.

BUT - more importantly - I'm curious about how other readers respond to this. We feel that there's lots of value in adding this type of interaction and content to Real Estate sites, particularly through a system like ours that removes many of the legal and steering issues that have held sites back.
