The “WOW” factor for the home seller when using a single property website is huge. The home seller will be telling all of their friends and colleagues about how their agent built a website exclusively for their home. The potential for referral business grows as a result.

they offer youtube videos, social bookmarking, google mashup, integration with facebook users, and deep links into zillow and trulia…all this for one property and much more.

they also just released the first real estate application on facebook. users can search and post homes for sale, right on their facebook profile…pretty cool.

Well, for all my searches I have always used the services of the resortscape (http://www.resortscape.com) and they have always given a good share of profit. As for a broker it also has many advanced development tools which make the whole process, an easy and very profitable. Well, they make an obvious good choice for brokers and even developers.

  11. Real Bird offers an e-flyer option that is very detailed with great SEO and it’s free. All you have to do is purchase the domain name.

I use ePropertySites.com to because it’s only $10, they syndicate and offer a cell phone / mobile marketing solution too.

As a real estate agent, I’ve been working on developing my own solution available at http://www.mysinglepropertywebsites.com, instead of a one time payment there is a low monthly cost which works out to be generally less expensive for those who make multiple sites….
