Seriously, NikNik, "watch out Microsoft". Google's throwing out Freebies left and right. I know this article was written in 2007, but guess what Google is giving out now that might help Real Estate agents? Free phone numbers with voicemail... NikNik, if you're not aware, just go to https://services.google.com/fb/forms/googlevoicei...

And enter your e-mail address. That's right, they'll give you a FREE phone number once you get an invite (might take two - four weeks to get one, but it's worth the wait).

Thanks,

We've been using BackPackIt.Com from 37signals.com for some time now. We love the Writeboards for real time collaboration. The simplicity in the interface is a thing of beauty. It's $5 a month and worth every penny to be able to invite people into the environment and not have to worry about their ability to use it or grasp the concept of the tools.

Great web application like this can justify the expense of cellular internet access on your laptop. I recently worked on a computer connected to the Sprint EV-DO system. I downloaded a 45 MB file like I was on broadband.

Using Google Docs for a year, I admit I love it. A problem I've discovered since going mobile is free internet connections aren't always available everywhere I may be.But it's better than having the big clunky alternative installed on my Mac. That's for sure!

That's awesome. I think WebEx may be more worried than Microsoft.
