VREO has also been working great for tablet clients. Take a close look at both the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act of 1999 and the eSign of 2000. They both clearly state that an eSignature is not unenforceable simply because it is in electronic form. And a contact executed with an eSignature may not be denied enforceability solely because electronic means were used in its formation. See James Dwiggins talk about it here.

BTW, I'm glad you are safe. That accident looked pretty crazy.

Reg - I'm in the market for a new laptop since mine was recently destroyed.
I want to go to the tablet but the last I heard the only electronic signature that was acceptable was the docusign e-mail type. Am I behind the times?

Thanks for adding to the list Mike. I can see the iPod Touch assisting agents on a buyers tour or line of travel directions, maybe Internet based MLS search, and soon Android! I think the price point is a little high....but that's never stopped me from purchasing fun/useful technology before. iPod Touch

Athol, thanks for the suggestion. I’m an avid Photoshop user, and have given elements a whirl in the past. I thought the user interface was extremely intuitive; great for a real estate agent with limited experience in photo editing. That being said, I’m always up for trying different software. Once I’ve given it a whirl I’ll write back. Thanks for sharing!
