RealBird Integrates with Street View API

Zoltan of RealBird clued me in to Google’s release of their new Street View API Thursday. Meaning developers can now integrate street view maps with ease. You can bet this API’s popularity will surely explode in real estate websites as buyers will appreciate the convenience of previewing neighborhoods from remote locations.
Realbird has already begun taking advantage. You may remember we talked about manually embedding these maps. Well not anymore, Zoltan has integrated the new API in with RealBird’s Listing Websites.

Wow! It seems to even correct the issue of accurately locating the correct property view. I am sure anyone who has tried to locate a property for insertion into a single property website would agree, entering a street address directly into street view doesn’t always pull up the correct property the first time. You have to look around for it. However, I have entered 3 of my properties address on Trulia site and it pulled up the exact street view of the property immediately. Way to go Trulia!!!
How does an agent find out how to utilize this on their own web site if their broker company doesn’t subscribe as a whole company?
