Excellent points, and good tips (especially the address book grabber). Social networking is “here and now,” and the real estate world definitely needs to take note.

We get quite a few real estate bloggers who come to BiggerPockets.com to network and build their readership.

Ocatzen has a VERY bad support – no answer after 48hours. No dicussion or so called “user self help boards”.
Esp. the script for the network invitations is in my opinion bad programmed. It’s hard to customize the apps for your own needs.
An manual is more or less inexistent.
Idea is great – so i paid a lot for it – but I can not recommend this apps.
