Is the homegain model free for agents to use or a paid service?

Like other agents, I've only used the activerain platform for blogging - but seems to be very competitive.

Unlike some other 3rd party vendors, homegain seems to have really figured out that helping agents helps them. Good for them. I think it has a good chance for success.

Hello, we signed up for their blog and I wonder if you have any advice on how to format reports like I created on Active Rain this week: http://activerain.com/groups/localmarkettrends

On HG blog it shows up unreadable: http://www.homegain.com/realestate-blog/tx-southl...

Is their platform limited to text or something? Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks for the tip! I've been blogging over at Activerain for a while and I'm meeting other Realtors, but not many consumers. Maybe this will be a good option for me? I sure know HomeGain gets traffic, they come up on many local home searches in my area. Thanks again!

[...] Technology for Real Estate - MyTechOpinion.com wrote an interesting post today on HomeGain Launches New Agent Blogging NetworkHere’s a quick excerpt HomeGain launched their new agent blogging network tonight. Since Max the HomeGain Gorilla isn’t returning my Facebook messages and tweets, I had to hit up Louis Camarosano (General Manager of HomeGain) with a few questions. Thanks for the lowdown Louis! Okay, here’s the skinny. HomeGain members can now blog directly to consumers! Each agent blog will have a distinct URL with the member’s city, name, and zip code (ex: http://blog.homegain.com/real-estate-blog/sanfrancisco/NicoleNicolay/94133). [...]
