I've been waiting for something like this to be released since I bought my iPhone last month. Since most of our local listing syndicate to Trulia, this will be a great tool. I downloaded this app this morning and it's fantastic! I'm also using the iPhone app UrbanSpoon and would like to see a WalkScore app to really help people get a feel for communities. Yeah!!
