The number 2 point is probably my fav in conferences, especially when used to bring up ideas that can be of benefit to more than just yourself. It always kills me when someone says "So..I was having this problem with my site..." and it ends up a tech question. Asking something that panelists can apply to your needs and other's in the room is definitely a win fo r all :) I like the list.
