Hey Larry,

I'm not very knowledgeable about the Palm Foleo, but from what I can tell they are much different. Starting with the fact that the Foleo had flash memory, bluetooth, wifi and the biggest limitation was the OS…Windows Mobile or Palm OS-based Palm based treo's. I think that's a big reason the device never took off.

This idea is really around adding a docking station to Smartphone.

oh, also learned that Palm announced the device on May 30, 2007, and canceled the unit on September 4, 2007. Wow…short life.
