		<description>Thanks Nikki. I have always admired Windermere for being in the forefront. It seems a &quot;google like&quot; search. It is great for people that are quite familiar with the area. By searching on city (Danville, CA) you get to a map based result set and then apply the criteria you would have in the first place, to narrow it down.  
 
I like the fact that they have simplified the search interface but personally I still like  frontdoor.com more.
