Hey NikNik I use most of these twitter tools except the Twellow Hood I am going to check out that out today. Thanks for the tips.

RE Twits that complain itdoesn’t help are the lazy ones that don’t want to commit to the work that needs to be done. It is just not going to fall into you lap from the real estate gods.

Great tools and tips, especially the local search. I think so many times in Twitter people just have a network of friends in other states that aren’t going to be able to help their local core business of real estate and getting local is where the business will be happening.
