However, just this week, I've had our site down 3 times in one week (that I'm aware of) due to server issues on their side. And, as kind and accessible as their support is, and as affordable as the service is, they are not able to offer me any real explaination why (other than too much server load from other customers) and they can't offer me any alternative (I can't pay more for better service, or be moved to another server). I am concerned that they are starting to get too big for their capacity and would caution anyone who is consdering them for a business hosting solution to understand that the downtime has been an issue. For my personal blog hosting, I am not as concerned about this and have found them to be a good solution, but I am seriously considering a different, more reliable (and likely more expensive) hosting solution for the business blog that is hosted with them.
