I like that I can pull up the data and show it to a client right there, <i>with the disclaimer</i> that we're going to look at the market data straight from MLS for a more accurate picture. But it's a great stop gap to say "here's what we're looking at right now", and avoids having to say "I don't know". Shameless plug? Not at all!
