Real estate professionals love WordPress.
We know this because you made AgentPress not only a top seller among real estate themes, but among all themes available to WordPress users.
Brian Gardner, Founder of StudioPress and creator of AgentPress says, “It’s been a top seller in the StudioPress gallery for the last 18 months”.
We also know that you were ready for some changes, and so AgentPress has evolved. The new version launches today and our Agent Evolution team is proud to have had the opportunity to collaborate again with Brian on this latest release.
GREATER FUNCTIONALITY
The most notable difference from the first version to the new AgentPress is with how listing management is integrated. Listings are now entered as custom post types via the accompanied AgentPress Listings Plugin (which you can download for free). FYI- Integrating your listings via the plugin makes this data portable to future theme upgrades. This new functionality makes blogging your listings easier and more systematized.
FLEXIBLE DESIGN
The AgentPress 2.0 design is sleek and extremely flexible. It comes in 5 colors, but of course you can always rock custom design and branding. So whether you’re an exclusive listing agent highlighting beach front property with amazing photos and video, or a community focused blogger posting content on a regular basis…AgentPress is modular so you can add and remove what you need to fit your marketing strategy.
HOME PAGE IMAGE 1
The above example showcases just one version of the new layout. You decide what you want to feature: listings, communities, blog articles, etc. Isn’t it about time your website was designed with features and content that meet your business goals, and deliver value to your clients? We think so.
In fact, Chad Johnson, President and COO of Agent Evolution says, “The move to AgentPress 2.0 is all about flexibility. The homepage layout is flexible enough to allow major changes without touching a line of code. And the listing plugin makes it easier for new features to be added with a one-click upgrade.”
Another benefit of the AgentPress theme is that it’s built on the Genesis Framework. So it’s now possible to have a website that is lightweight and search engine optimized without bulky plugins slowing your load times.
WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE
If you’re a do-it-yourself, check the the AgentPress tutorials provided by Brian. But if you’re in the have-it-done camp, give us a shout and we’d be happy to consult with you on your website goals.

Thanks to Mytechopinion, i was able to solve some wordpress issues on my site

I don't why i want to become a CEO of Google … by the way Thanks to this blog ,who is providing us the right information
I love it! It's clean and sleek. I wonder, though, when we'll be able to see free WordPress themes for real estate professionals. That would have been a bomb as they can help those who are still so new in the business and don't have much idea on online marketing. But perhaps I will just direct them to your site
This Real Estate posting is very important article. It’s a helpful service for anybody.
Thanks

I mentioned this to a room of 100+ Realtors the other day when I was a panelist on blogging & real estate at the NVAR convention. Literally spelled it out to them… hopefully some of them stumbled upon your groovy post too.
I do love WordPress!
I just want to say, although WordPress and blogging is great, as well as having a good website, I just read an intersting article that provided me with some great insight. It discussed how The National Association of REALTORS found that for the average Realtor, only 3% of their business came from the website they have. So my suggestion is to have a great blog and website but invest in a good real estate CRM/ contact management system, such as IXACT Contact, to nurture your referral and repeat business!
Real estate agents will surely benefit from the techniques that will allow them to take advantage of technology while maximizing their flexibility.
I like the looks of this theme and am off to check it out for a couple of new sites I'm planning. Thanks.
I’ve seen several listings that use this WordPress theme and I would say that it really looks so sleek and professional. Nowadays, it is really necessary for every real estate marketer to spend time and good amount of money to make quality online listings so they can reach potential clients more easily.

REO’s are still here and the time to make money is NOW!!! If you do not know how to do REO’S here’s a great book that will explain step by step procedures on how to become a successful REO agent. Check this book out is the best one out there. “REO BOOM”
Don’t forget to follow the “REO FARM” method.
Thanks for the review. I’m considering using AgentPress, but or a non-real estate site. I’m trying to figure out how easy it would be to customize to use in a different industry.
I’ve been looking for a way to further enhance blogging for the business. Thank goodness for this post, I can probably better meet the demands of the business online. Thank you very much for sharing this information.
Thanks for this new tool that we can use as a real estate agent. You know we will do anything to make it easier for us to reach for our possible clients and this is a great help especially most of us are using wordpress.
Nicely presented information in this post, I prefer to read this kind of stuff. Thanks for the post.

Thanks for sharing this new tool! It so cool! I know it because my real estate agent used it and it made viewing her listings easier and faster.
7 top reasons to create YOUR wealth through real estate…..
Reason # 1- Passive Positive Cash Flow:
The best way to become truly financially free! Passive positive cash flow allows you to spend time on things you want to do, not on things you have to do and this is key! Whether it is spending time with your loved ones or start a new project, it is your choice! In our opinion, this is the most important reason to buy, fix and rent real estate properties.
Cash flow is calculated by subtracting all the property expenses, such as taxes, insurance, and others, from the monthly rental income. Real estate experts do not buy rental properties unless the cash flow is positive. Obviously, the bigger the monthly cash flow, the better the Return On Investment (ROI). This strategy is known as BUY, FIX & RENT.
Reason # 2- Create equity by renovating distressed properties: Sophisticated investors intentionally purchase properties at wholesale prices because the properties could use some cosmetic repairs. After these repairs are taken care of and improvements have been made, the value of the property will automatically go up. This results in an immediate increase in equity, and an opportunity for a family to own a great home thanks to you! This strategy is known as BUY, FIX & SELL.
Reason #3- Appreciation over the years:
Over the years, material things tend to lose value like cars, electronics, machines, etc… Real estate on the other hand increases its value over time. We are all witnesses that appreciation does not always happen in a uniform way, in some years we even face depreciation. But the truth is, appreciation grows an average of 10% annually, this means that it is very likely that some properties could double their value in a ten year cycle.
Reason #4- Leverage:
Is the ability of controlling an investment through a loan requiring the small amounts of out-of-pocket cash and increasing your return on investment. This is great news! You can now own many properties instead of just one with the use of leverage. As an example, leverage allows you to buy or control a $100,000 house with only 10% or 20% down payment.
Reason #5- Inflation increases rental income:
Rents usually increase with inflation, while mortgage payments on the property remain the same. This increases cash flow by receiving more rent income without increased expense for holding the property.
Reason #6- Reducing the mortgage:
Amortization, or paying down the loan, frees up more investment monetary resources to increase leverage. Investors sometimes use increased equity in one property to free up funds to invest in the next one. In rental properties, the tenants will pay be paying off your mortgage debt each time they make a monthly payment.
Reason #7- Depreciation expense is tax deductible:
By buying and holding real estate properties investors have the right to deduct depreciation as an expense when the yearly tax reports are prepared. This is a great way to save significant amount money each year instead of paying it to Uncle Sam. Ask your accountant for more info on how you can benefit from these and other perks once you become a real estate investor!
