Hey Nick, we shot the video with Canon 60D with 85 – 135mm lens with external JuicedLink DT 454. That gives us XLR support and a variety of other benefits for audio. As you can tell we're using a lavier mic by audio-technica. The post-production is done in Adobe Premiere Pro and the intro is Adobe After Effects.

Great video! Being able to make a great and useful content is important but having a strategy on how you will market it is another relevant thing to think about. You may have a great blog but if people do not know that it exists, then it is like it is not there at all. So for us bloggers, we really have to use social media sites to promote our content.
Great tips here! Also love that you’re using video and diversifying your own content delivery. We see so much content marketing done through just text. We love to see more creative and diverse mediums!

Personally, with any business and no marketing plan your doomed to failure. Int he real estate industry we must learn to build our network and gain new referrals and clients. We can’t constantly contact our friends and family to buy a home but we can get referrals from them to build upon.
