I definitely agree. Bookmark those websites and pages that give you a huge dose of inspiration, especially if you have no longer have any idea of what else to write. It also helps to put some organization in bookmarking. For example, in my case, since I'm into business and software, I have folders that say "small business," "cloud computing," etc. It streamlines my "find a good topic to write" process.

Based on my experience the secret is to be bold and different just the way the audience is less expecting. Take note, different is cool and totally works.
Yeah, being creative and different is a plus points for your content. Not only that you entertain your readers with what you share, you also provide them the right information they need for their real estate investing endeavors.
I totally agree with you. I myself have bookmarked websites which I frequently visit for information and resources for articles I wrote. And the key is to be organized with the bookmarks. You can put each website in a specific category like if you are into real estate, you can separate them into categories such as loans, home buying tips, etc. It is a lot easier for you to find information you are looking for especially if you are dealing with more than a hundred links or resources.

Being organized in your resources is a great help when you are writing for your blogs, you know where to get the ideas by just looking at your bookmarks. I also have a folder for my favorite websites where I usually get most of my topics.
