LinkedIn Newly Redesigned Company Pages

I have not heard back from my initial comlapint. I encountered a problem with an employee at the Oasis GR who claims to be the Manager, Tonya. I am a frequent customer at the Oasis in Kalamazoo and I have always obtained great customer service and courtesy at all times. Perhaps Tonya has been disregarding my comments and not forwarding them accordingly? Tonya did not demonstrate courtesy and professionalism in her duties as a Manager and she should be reevaluated for her lack of courtesy to me as a frequent and loyal Oasis customer.
