(7)    Get a Mortgage: Speak to a qualified mortgage specialist to see what you can afford.

(8)    Hot Picks: Receive a list of featured properties in the neighborhood.

(9)    Coupons: See offers from local retailers.

The Smarter Agent app can also be branded for an agent or broker, displaying their logo and picture. The app can be distributed directly from the agent/broker blog as well.  And when a client using the branded app is interested in a listing, he/she can simply select the “call to see” button and the agent/broker is notified (regardless of who listed the property).
